Default 351 Owners: Post your sprocket combinations!

My sprockets are absolutely fried, hooking like a wave. I went to the dealership to order some but they didn't have anyplace to order them for my bike. I have the 13/42 combination right now and the bike could definitely get geared down and get more top end but I don't want to lose the bottom end.

Curious to see what people have that ride there bikes on road and off road.

I'm using stock. I like the low down grunt since most of my riding is single track.

Stock Configuration. But, mine is a 331, if that matters much to you.

I'm the same way although my bike runs out of gear too fast when I ride on the road. I was thinking of switching to something like 13/39. I'm at 13/42 right now.

Engine is more relaxed at indicated 62 mph (6,000 rpm) which is where I spend most of the time.

Yes I can lift the front wheel at any time in first gear with just the throttle.

You need to gear the bike for how it works best for your riding conditions not mine.

PLENTY of low end grunt with the 351 and Slide carb.
