Default 351 kit installed...30% gain = not true!

More like 60% gain! I can't believe how much of a difference an extra 102cc's makes! My bike has so much torque now and wheelies with ease! My 6th gear feels like my 2nd gear before. It pulls and pulls and pulls!!! The only downsides to this upgrade is I keep looking for that 7th gear and my tires are showing more wear by the mile! I have logged over 200 miles so far with no problems. Thank you so much Bill!!!

I do that alot. Looking for a 7th gear. With the 351 installed, it probably time to up the gearing so the rpm's are lower. One upgrade that seems to be popular is to replace the 14t drive sprocket with a 15t sprocket.

hahaa... werd.. It's a whole different animal

I like the stock gearing with the 351. Tried the 15t, good on the street, not so hot in the woods tight technical ****.

Very Cool! I've been thinking about doing a discplacement increase for some time now.
What was the total cosy when completed? I take it you have the larger pumper carb as well.
Thanks

Stock carb is good despite some opines. Worked well for up to 40 RW HP.

JPaul,

Are these results with stock carb/header/pipe? It looks like you've pulled the smog stuff. Any other details you can share? Did you do the install yourself?

Thanks,
