Default 1000km service, engine derestriction

Im at 930km at the moment and i have just booked in for my first service, which i will have in a couple of days. They are also going to derestrict the engine.

I am just wondering, how much difference is a derestricted engine going to make to the bike?

Nothing in the engine to de restrict. It's all in the carb. Opening up the airflow (pipe, intake and header) will all help too.

Let them do there warranty stuff, get your book stamped, and be on your merry way, booked, stamped of course. See the repeat book stamp thing.
