09 Klx250s Problems
drove my new bike around the block put 30 miles no issue.
took it to work the next mouring (15m no freeway) and when crusing 60 the bike rpms jumped up and down and stalled. got bike started and got to work. left work and it did the same 4 times but was able to start it up and get home. called dealer came and picked up bike said their was fuel in the emisson cell.drove it on a 70mile trip no issues. started next morning and stalled out and i could not get it to start. bike only has 160miles on it. Anyone had this issue? i think the its flooding.

I read the book and i thought the dealer topped it off too much originally after they told me that fuel was in the emisson cell.
But i put agallon of gas in at 100mils and the fuel was not in the neck. but same issue. only at 30mph not 65mph, and could not restart it this time and had to toss it in my bros truck.

My bike died like 3 times on the way to work with 175 miles....Same thing a steady 60mph.....They said I ran out of gas...BS...I checked....What they did is drain the carb and put new gas...No problems and at 450 miles on the same route...My guess is carb or tank has particles or oil typea coating in it......Dunno 4sure....

It's a charcoal cannister on the CA models. The fuel tank fumes vent into that. If fuel gets in the cannister, the tank won't vent properly.
A good way to troubleshoot is to unhook the vent hose from the cannister and see if the problem goes away.

sounds like it was over full, I had the problem drained it and its working fine, no spitting,stalling,sputtering,,, run it up to 70 mph and check the octane as well even though your using what looks like the right octane, it may be different.. Tims are changing and cheaper gas is just plain old water down cheaper gas
