'07 slipper clutch?

this is the response i got very quick as well. too expensive for me.
Fletcher:
625.00 is the cost, and since its going to Australia, I would find one on EBAY in the US here and have them send it to me. You can usually pick one up for around a 100.00, have them send it to me and we modify it and then can send it to you.
If your stock clutch is holding that power, the auto clutch will also, just remember its a rpm engaged clutch, so the more revs, the better the holding power.
Thank you for the interest in EFM Auto Clutch.

you will find as well on the slow assents it will have less tire slip, unless you gas it, as the clutch slips a bit reducing the torque to the wheel.
if you have ever driven and auto 4wd and a man 4wd some thing.

Sounds like something pretty rare
I'd say the chances of finding a slipper clutch for a '07 KLX are slim to none. Had no idea what a slipper is , so I googled it:

Intersesting piece of kit!
Good luck with the search.

what BP88 is talking about is the type of clutch my 07 kawi ninja600 has. function of the slipper clutch is to soak up all the torqe from rapid down shifts there for keeping the back wheel fom locking up and going into a skid right off the "course"/road and i must say every MC clutch imo should be a slipper clutch. more forgiving for newbies and more race able at the same time.

Ahhhh..It all makes sense now..
I am not up on the motard lingo and to me "backing it in" meant he was having trouble backing it into his garage or something.. hahahaa.. I dunno.. It's early and I partied hard last night sooooo...
And yah, in that case I think just practicing with rev-matching is your best bet.. A slipper clutch might be more of a band-aid... Bikes are real easy to rev-match to me - just go by sound, never even look at the R's. I've been racing cars since I was 17 though so the whole clutching and rev-matching thing came second nature when I got on a bike..
Good luck, practice makes perfect
