Default 07 KLX 250s head bolt sizes too match with ARP studs

Does anyone know the size of our stock head bolt and washer? Thread Pitch, thread length, total length, under headbolt length etc.

I just called ARP, they probably have a stronger head studs just need to match them up.

If not too pricey I may try a set before I put it back together. Had them in my BB quad and didn't stretch.

Any help would be great!

Can you be more specific as to which bolts youare asking about? Are you talking about the head cover bolts?

The long head bolts that tighten head and cylinder together. You know 11# torque then 34#.

Thought maybe a stronger stud might be able to torque more #'s?

more torque would probably just mess up the threads in the block.. I'd stay with the stockers, unless youre really sure of what youre doing.

Going to stick with the stockers for now.

But if anyone has info, shout it out!
