Ive been fighting the hard starting problem with this bike since i bought it, without much improvement. I have noticed that it is becoming harder and harder to start even when i bump-start it. I checked the spark and even with a new NGK plug the spark is very weak. What should i be chasing to increase the spark? Ignition Coil, Ignition Pulser, or exciter? Are there any adjustments that might help before I start replacing parts????

Not sure about what to check for spark, but how is valve clearance? Tight valves can make it difficult to start.

 

Aready did the valve adjust and all are good (now). That didnt help it any as far as starting, its still hard to start. I have spark issues with this engine. Engine will start if the bike is pulled behind my 4 wheeler.
