I'm restoring a 1978 kl250 and have ran into an electrical gremlin. All the bulbs blow out (except the right turn signals) when I start the engine. Has anyone ran into this before? Any ideas what would cause it? I'm stumped.

 

Hey dirtdwag, i have a 79 kl and that happend to me when i first got it going...
try looking at:
condenser,
regulator,
and battery...
Cant quite remember what i did to fix it, but it was something to do with them...
sorry for the vague answer :S.
