Please fellow riders. I bought a klr 250 probably 89 or 99's version with a kickstart. Installed new battery, but there is no power. I checked the fuse - 20A?- attached to the battery lines, it seems to be okay. Can someone point me where next to look. If it is ground issues, where and how do I check. Sorry if posted to wrong place.
