KLR 250 Motor Question
Hey all..
Im starting a rebuild on my 01 KLR 250 that I just picked up as a project.
Im looking at some motor mods and im curious if anyone has ever done a 300cc size big bore mod.
I have all the shop tools and such to do a one off build. I was thinking of boring out a 250 cylinder to the needed size.
Has anyone tried this before or heard of it being done.

Most of the kits in that link are standard bore size or just slightly over.
I was mostly hoping to talk to someone who has done it already.
