My current headlight sucks so I'm trying so switch it out with a brighter led version . I just don't know if they will fit in the stick housing? This is what I would like to put in

The only thing I know about my current lamp is it says stanley p0779 on the side of it, and appears to have an h4 bulb.

 

So you know it is an H4, just get a 55/100 to see if that works for you. I've used the 55/100 in numerous street bikes, high beam does the job. I will say your picture was upside down. Looks like the common KLX headlight set up pre-2009.
