Default Need a 900 Subforum

For 2007, Kawasaki introduced it's 900s. The Classic, LT, and Custom. We need a sub-forum under Vulcan for the 900s.

I agree. I am seeing a lot of 2006/2007 900s on the road and in the parking lots. This is too popular a model to not include it.

I'll add my vote for a 900 forum. I just bought mine on the weekend and am loving it so far. It's a great bike, for it's size and price, I think it's the best bang for the buck out there right now. Looking forward to a few mods to make it my own. I'll add pics soon.

Hey Am,

I'm absolutely loving mine too. I got the Vulcan 900 Custom in Black. I have 90 miles on it so far... still working on getting it broken in properly. I don't have my manual but I believe the break-in period is the first 800 miles with no high-revs. I picked mine up for $7200 OTD here in Michigan, I thought it was a pretty good deal. I went with the Kawasaki financing but I'm not very keen on the high APRs after reading through it more thoroghly. Anyway, I absolutely love it. It is probably the smoothest bike I've riden as far as power goes. It has plenty of power at all speeds and gears thanks to the quick response of these fuel injectors, throttle mechanism, and belt drive system. I can't say enough good things about it. As soon as we get our own sub-forum I'll post some pics and hopefully some video if at all possible.

Justin

Yea, looks like we're in agreement...lol. It's a great bike, all around. I'm looking forward to seeing some pics of other people's bikes and different accessories they put on them. Mine's a classic and bare bones but I want to put either a good touring windshield or possibly a bat wing faring (like corbin makes) on it. Also looking for a good looking sissy bar and backrest pad that will ****e up the looks. I didn't get the LT version of the vulcan because I wanted to get a little different look out of mine and customize it a bit but I definately need a windshield and backrest. Also pipes will be upgraded eventually, after it's broken in probably (1000 miles I think is suggested).

Am, I'd like to post some pics up here when we get a damn sub-forum... I got the Custom and it's a bad machine. I'm still breaking it in too in but loving in all the same. I have about 250 miles on it and am taking a 200 mile trip this weekend - So that should help it along. -=) I've seen the windshield and the sissy bar both online. I'd like to get both, although on the Custom I don't think I'd keep them on all the time, probably just when I know my girl will be riding and/or when I'm going for more than a 50 mile trip.

PLEASE ADD A 900 SUBFORUM!

Another vote for a 900 forum.
I'll be picking up my new 2006 black Vulcan 900 classic sometime this week. A leftover for 6200. A great deal on a great bike.
