Won't engage gears

Won't engage gears
2017 kawasaki mule DXT pro
having trouble with my mule, it won't engage any gear. I pulled the clutch cover and checked both primary and secondary clutches. As well as the linkage theyre all fine, i start the machine up and botch clutches spin in nuetral, when ever i go into H L or R the secondary clutch stops primary continues to spin. It wants to grab the gear but isnt grabbing it. Is this an internal transmission problem?
