A few weeks ago I discovered a black sooty substance on my spark plugs. My mule would not idle, it would stall out. I ordered a rebuild kit for my carburator. Today I took the carb off. What I discovered in the intake manifold was about a cup of reddy oil of some sort. I managed to clean the carb& cleaned the jets up. Just wondering if I should install the carb install new sparks & air filter & start it up to see how it runs. Or do I have a bigger problem that I need to check out. Thanks
