Im new to the forum and need a little help. I just bought a kawasaki mule 1000 from a friend that will not start without starting fluid. I have cleaned the carbs and they look good. the fuel pump is the manual kind that uses vaccum to pump it. once running it will pump fuel out but wont when trying to start it. any ideas? thanks

 

Hi ,
Check the Fuel tank vent / Hoses .
Check the Hose From the Crankcase To the Fuel Pump .
If These are Ok, Change The Fuel Pump Itself .
The " Ethanol " In The Gasoline Eats / Screws up EVERYTHING !!!!!!!!!!
Try this, Post What You Find ......
