2012 Mule 610 XC mufflers are on nationwide backorder for 7 months. They sit higher than an SX with longer mounting tabs and an intake extended down. Possibly to keep them out of water longer?

In any case I'm going to have to massage the one I have or try and adapt an SX unit. It looks like the exhaust should marry up but the top tab is an unknown. Suppose I could cut it off and fab one. Has anybody tried this?

 

I'm looking for a more quiet muffler. If you do this and it helps quieten it down, let us know. Good luck!
