i have bad cv boot's on both front axles. i'm wanting to replace both axles rather than just a boot replacement. how do you get the axle out of the differential ? does it just pull out ? it's a 2005 model. thank's in advance.

 

I did the work today it took about two hours to replace both front axles it was fairly easy, the axles are held into the differential by a spring-loaded retaining clip so they just pop in and out with the help of a little pry bar.
