Im brand new to the whole side by side world ive either ran ATVs or jeeps in the woods but never been in the middle im looking for pointers and info on a 2007 3010 trans 4x4 came mule i just aquired. First off whats the differance between the trans 4 and regular 3010. I have changed the fuel pump out as the one i had on it wasnt working it ran like a sewing machine went into hi lo reverse with not alot of issue but when going back to high it grinds terrible i have to try it two or 3 times before i can get it to lock in any suggetions on what may need to be adjusted and lastly a battery ive read alot about folks running the odyssey batteries or a red top optima any input on these or any other batteries would be helpful so i can get this unit 100 in the right direction.

 

First off the Trans mule is a 3010 it just seats 4 riders instead of 2. Of course it's longer due to the rear seat. The hi-lo shift cable is the lower one. You may need to pull it forward slightly for High speed.
