3010 driven pulley keeps falling apart
I have a 2007 Kawasaki 3010. A few years ago I had to rebuild the driven pulley, everything worked relatively well afterwards. Recently, the pulley had fallen apart. I pulled it off, all the components seemed intact, I assumed the snap ring had weakened and allowed the spring to push everything apart. The groove for the ring appeared good. I replaced it, put all together and all worked. A month or so later, the driven pulley had fallen apart again. Why is this happening? The shifting is often quite hard, there is often grinding when I shift into H gear. Could a transmission problem be causing it or is the problem within the pulley? weak spring? worn out spring holes? Thank you all for advice, I don't want to put everything together for the same result.
