When its turning over it it smokes won't start...I can hold my hand over air I take at the carb and it will start and I can keep it going with my hand muffled the air Intake when it's running it smokes alot with oil coming out the muffler and it smells really bad ...changed oil put new carb on ...what else do I need to check?
