My mule has been having a problem. When going up hills it will cut out and almost seems like it takes a minute to catch up. Like it is starving for fuel. I have cleaned the tank, replaced filter, replaced fuel pump, replaced carb. this was done about a week ago and did some better until today when it started doing the same thing. Any suggestions?
