OK, I'm in dire need of help. My sons bike had some issues cause the previous owner wasn't very mechanically inclined and a few parts inside the right side case broke. If anyone can explain or send a pic of the PV advancer shaft, the top area, of how the spring is placed and if the little tab thingy is between the spring leags or out side the one leg. My local Kawi dealer's mechanic doesn't know. This is for the 06-07 models. The 05 and earlier didn't have a spring.

I have the service manual but it does not give a detailed description of the shaft or even a decent picture. and I Googled just about everything I could think of.

Please Help!?!?!?
