I have a 96 kawasaki zxi1100 that sank. ran after that then quit . went through electrical box and replaced starter cylinoid and some bad wires. after i got it back together I have no power to dash or starter. I turn on key and get nothing .could it be the regulator? and if so is there a way to test it? would the igniter cause this ? please help if you can
