@John15f

I'm having the same issue. Did you find a resolution?

Default Fixed

Kawasaki make a **** display that is not water proof
Remove display pull out rubber stop drain out water causing
Problem clean with isotonic alcohol and allow to dry this may fix the problem or the display will need to be replaced in America
Kawasaki have replaced even after warranty in australia the told me bad luck
I plan to remove display yearly and check for water
Do not used high pressure hose on display sponge clean only
I still did replace display 800 Aussie but old display was working except showing 12 v low when no motor running
Hope this helps

Thanks for the reply John. Tonight I worked on removing the meter to inspect for water leakage. It was kind of a pain to disassemble but I eventually was able to get at it. Was there an easier way to get at this meter? I took the Hull Middle Fitting, right hand mirror, and pad handle off. After all that, I was able to see the meter bracket and screws. I haven't disconnected the wiring yet but I could tell there was definitely water present and some of the circuits look corroded. I am going to order the meter assembly right now.
