Hello. For those that work on these all the time... On my 2000 1100 STX-DI, I am having a repeat failure (about 20 hours) of the pivot point of the cable brass loop end where it connects to the oil pump. It seems to be a solid (non-pivot) where the loop bolts on to the oil pump. The oem seemed to last like 20 years but the one I got last time and this time came from SBT in FL. 26-4231 is the only marking on it. No brand I can see. So, anyone else have this issue? I have no idea how long it's been broken. I just happened to notice it just as I did last time. Pulled the head last time and everything looked ok. Probably should do that again this time too. Hopefully one of you has a solution and has seen this before. See photos. Thanks
