I have a 1998 STX 1100 jet ski that needs a (used) fuel send unit. I think the part # is 27010-0740. I have no idea as to how many of the floats work on my assembly (I assume all of them). Does anyone have an extra fuel send unit with workable floats? New ones cost $250.00+. That's out of the question for me since I have been told these units are so iffy/unreliable they can work for 10 years or can go out in 10 minutes. If someone else has had this kind of issue with their fuel send switch, and fixed it, please let me know what you did to fix it. Also, does anyone know if the floats can be purchased anywhere new? I assume I need 4 of them.
