Hello all, brand new to Jet skis but not new to tinkering on engines. Found a 97 ZXI 750 that ran last summer before it stopped starting. Bought it off them for $100 and now am starting the process of getting it running again. First things first there was a small amount of fuel and water inside of the engine bay which I have already siphoned out. The engine will try to turn over so there doesn't seem to be any issues with the battery or starter before I attempt to start it again I plan of pulling the engine out checking the fuel tank and lines for any leaks or holes and replacing any issues I might find. Along with cleaning/repairing the carburetor if necessary. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or advice about this model and what the issue could be. Any help is greatly appreciated!
