One will run for about 30 minutes and then die, and start back up then will not let you go over 10 MPH. Then the 2nd does not have the get up and go it stays bogged down. I have replaced spark plugs in both of them, changed fuel filters, and put stuff in the fuel. Both of the jet skies sat for a year. Please Help!!! I have no clue what else to do

 

The carbs have small holes in them that will get clogged up when not used frequently. I have found that is the single most problematic thing for a two stroke. I would suggest thoroughly cleaning each carb. Make sure to blow air through all small passageways/ports in the carb to ensure they are clear of obstruction. Try this on one and if it helps do the other.
