i thought the same thing as hoedogg when i heard that on the news. millions a year and all he thought to do with it is kill dogs. theres little that would satisfy me more than seeing him ripped limb from limb by a pack of rabid pitbulls. all of his carrier $ should be donated to animal shelters.
