Default zx7r nasty noise any guesses

zx7r nasty noise any guesses [hr] anybody have a clue what I've bent, broken or need replacing in my engine check out the youtube clip

Didn't watch/listen to the clip. Typically, it's bent shifting forks, valves (which were not or improperly) adjusted, cam chain tensioner and related timing issues, or plain 'ol stupidity of the owner. Try to figure out if it's top end or lower end; the nature of the noise, and work from there.

Am in the process of taking the engine out of my other zx7r that I was gonna use as a track bike, once I've done that gonna strip it and hopefully find the cause, just wondered if anybody had heard the same noise and found the cause, just make troubleshooting it easier
