Ive done some work on my cylinder head 1 yr ago ive just started to finish and im stuck on were abouts some cooling hoses go
I have a ZX6R G-Model : starting with top and bottom small bore pipes from the expansion tank do both go to top of radiator ?
2: small bore pipe coming from back of thermostat were does that go
3:right sideof carbs theres a fixing for a small bore pipe for the carb cooling on the right hand side were do i connect that to, on the left hand side of head i have a small pipe with a filter on which i have connected to the left side of carbs
ANY HELP PLEASEEE

 

I'm not sure of your exact configuration, but the thermostat housing hose goes to the bottom of the expansion tank. Should be a hose coming out of the top of the expansion tank to vent the air to the ground (not connected to anything.)Can't help onitem #3.

 

thanks pal thats them connected correctly now so i only have the carb water cooling pipe to situate thanks
