I bought a 98 zx6r project bike when I went to put the front fender on it wouldn't fit. I'm assuming someone put a set on from another year. The seals are leaking and I don't know what seals to. Get is there any way to identify the forks year or application. Also some one put a f motor in there the spark and carbs are 98 but I was wondering what the spark advance should be set at thanks for the help

 

Not quite sure on your application but fork seals are fairly universal, shouldnt be hard finding the right ones. If nothing else you can pull the old ones off and match them up. Hopefully someone has the manual for the F for the timing, shouldnt be much different from the 98 tho. Good luck with the project, the 98 is a nice looking ride.
