I dont think it will, the zx6r got a motor upgrade in 2000 along with the face lift, if it got a different motor then the mounting points for that motor on the fram could have changed. Im not 100% though.

only way to tell for sure is to take measurements or check the part code for both frames with kawasaki.
the online part list seems to list the main frame as two peaces, the front and rear. they have the same part numbers and the rear section are the exact same price. but the front sections are slightly different price.
so it will probably fit but no guarantees. to buy both peices new will run about 1200$
