I have a 1997 zx600r (c10)... the fairings that are on the bike are in dire need of replacing but I can afford to spend $600 for OEM parts so ive been looking around to see what else is out there. I found an entire front clip from a 86 zx600 that looks identical to mine other than the fact that fact that mine is 3 seperate pieces where this looks to be one solid piece... just trying to figure out if its worth spending the $$ or if I should just keep looking

 

for street use, abs/oem plastics are a nice thing.

id love to have them but unfortunately cant afford to buy them right now... just trying to figure out if the front plastics from an 86 would mount up to my 97... my fairings are 3 seperate pieces where the 86 looks to be one solid piece, but other than that they look identical... dont wanna waste $$ if I can find out b4 I buy them (ebay)
