Talking will a zx10 engine bolt in my 636 frame

it seems like a long shot but i was told that i could stick a zx 10 engine on my zx6r frame i am hoping for a positive no this isnt true or a yes it is
my problem came about by second and third gear dissapearing and i was told it would be cheaper to buy a used engine than to rebuild the tranny im really not sure what to do here so any advice would be awesome

What yrs are you asking about? I am not sure either. Maybe your friend is in the Know....buy all of the parts and keep us informed. Welcome to KF and good luck on the project.

hmm, personally, I would just rebuild the tranny if you are happy with the engine. A mod of any kind is not normally a direct swap in. Harness, ecu, etc let alone the mechanical aspects. You have my curiosity.
