Try looking for the serial number on the frame. This should be able to get you more information. You can then cross refference the serial number and find out more on the bike.

Hope this helps.

Kawasaki put dual exhaust on a lot of ninjas, so it's really not uncommon. Like big O said, check your VIN#, see if the DMV has it registered as a particular model.

If that doesn't work, call the local Kawasaki dealer. Their parts system should easily be able to tell you anything you need to know about your bike.

Good luck, and welcome to the forums.

This may help, http://www.cyclechaos.com/wiki/ZX600_A1-A3:NINJA,
all the A1-A4 600's had dual exhausts same with the ninja 750's for that era.

well i got the vin and typed it in and all it said was ninja 600 but a also found out that i got an 86 instead of an 87, so can anyone tell me what year parts are compatible from my research i found 86-88 so correct me if im wrong, i have to get a few misc plastics that are dented and cracked and i gotta either buy carbs or rebuild the ones on the bike, so if anyone has any good websites for ordering parts that would be cool too, but as far as plastics i figured ebay is probley gonna be the place to go, thanks a lot for everyones help you guys are awosome
