Vulcan Nomad Transmission

Default Vulcan Nomad Transmission

I have a 2003 Nomad. As the engine warms up, shifting from 1st to 2nd gear becomes clunky and sometimes grinds. I have been told that there has been a recall for a transmission problem but the dealer denies this. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anybody have a fix for this rough shifting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you can go to the Kawasaki website and look up recall info according to your VIN number.

Maybe you have air in your clutch. You are using brake fluid in your clutch right?
