Valve adjustment
Who has done a valve adjustment on a 10r... Its getting close to time to do mine.... I'm at around 6500 miles, I think I will do it at 8000 when I do the oil change. I was just woundering what I have to work around to get in there. I've done them to a bunch of cars so I'm not afriad to, just never done it. Also what is the life span of the stock chain? Is it like a timming chain or belt where it needs replacement after x-amount of miles?

Have not done one on a 10 yet. But same ol' shim under bucket routine. I like checking mine close to 2000 miles. They are close but still off during that time. I like things closer to spec why the check. Stock cam chain tensioner?
