I have a 1994 Ninja Zx6e. Should there be oil in with the stator or is it supposed to be dry? I had a problem with my wiring harness melting and when I followed the directions in the Haines manual it didnt say that I needed to drain the oil but when I loosened the bolts oil came out, quite a bit at that. Before I buy a new stator and regulator I am trying to make sure that I dont have another problem? Thanks!!!
