First time poster here. basically I just recently got a 2005 zx6r and replaced the stator, regulator/rectifier, battery, chain and sprockets. I finally got the chance to ride and as I was riding after about 5 minutes of everything being fine I noticed that my rear tire felt like it was hiccuping so I limped it home to realize that where my caliper connects to the bracket it’s rubbing as well as the bracket to holds the caliper an I am stumped as to why it might be doing that. Spacers not set in properly is the only thing I can think of or maybe the bracket that the caliper mounts too fell forward and took up some clearance, would the chain being to tight cause this? the wheel is aligned according to the little lines. new to working on motorcycles but plenty of wrench Turning on cars

Reason: adding information
That’s what I was thinking but also it wasn’t doing it until Tightened the chain. I’ve been digging threw the service manual but can seem to find the section that’s shows the assembly of the rear.
