Default oil over fill

Evidently I overfilled the oil at the last change. I was checking the plugs yesterday, and when I pulled the wire on cylinders 2 and 3, they came out coated in oil. Cylinder 4 had a little, and cylinder 1 was dry. I looked at the oil sight glass, and it was all dark, past the full mark. Other than the obvious of draining out the excess, anything else I need to worry about? Is there a PCV valve or other no-biggie place that this oil came from, or do I need to dig deeper and look for leaking gaskets? I know on most cars if there is too much oil pressure it'll blow out the excess whereever it can, and once the correct level is obtained, all is fine.

Sounds like you have it covered. Just give here a good once over and maybe check her in a couple of days for any seals that may have sprung a leak. Doubt it though.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.
