Did you prime the new oil filter?

I fill my oil filter about half way lets say before placing it on my 10r. If I don't, the light comes on.

Ifthe pressure is not sensed, the light will stay on. I just try and save the cavitation issues and fi light by priming the filter. The light should go out though within a few seconds actually.

try reving a bike just a little bit. Like up to 3 or 4k to get the oil moving. when I did an oil change the same thing happened. I just bliped the throttle a couple of times and the light was off.
