2004 ninja 250 8 k miles so i talked to the guy i bought it from he says he took the carbs off and soaked them but didnt take them apart and clean them. Also he didnt sync them whats going on is i ll start the bike no choke idles perfect 1 then after a while not touching the thottle it jumps to 3 then drops back to 1 hit the throttle back up two 3 where it sat at til i sshut it off started it again 1 til i hit the thottle its making me crazy hope i didnt make a $1000 mistake buying it
