Hello.

So I have a 2005 Mule 610. I cannot get this thing to start for the life of me. It has new gas, a new carb, fuel pressure, compression, new spark plug with spark, the float on the carb is receiving fuel.

It turns and once in a blue moon it ignites, but wont start.

Any thoughts?

How does that spark look? While you have the plug out, what does it look like?

"Correct" spark plug? GOOD spark? Good plug wire? Tried a shot of starting juice?

 

Thanks for the response. The spark is good and consistent. Plug is the correct plug.

The problem started when I accidentally ran it out of gas. If that helps any.

 

tried starting fluid, random combustion, nothing constant though.

 

I have a 2005 610 mule, will not start. It is like a dead battery. I replaced the battery, ignition switch,starter, nothing, can anyone help

 

are you useing Ethanol Gas ? if so are you sure the gas is good ? I had same problem sounds like you are having , come find out it was the float in the carb . I put on and after market carb , which with in few days was doing same thing ,ended up putting old carb back on after repairing leak in float been running fine for last 3 months , also i had same check outs as you but would not start . float was my issue

 

i have 2010 610, everything new. carb. battery. fuel pump, ignition coil. spark plug. still wont start. did you get yours to start, if what was it you did

 

I have a 2009 610 4x4 that I am having problems starting too. It will try to turnover and start one time and if it doesn't catch and start then it is like it is dead. You can turn the key and it will not turnover. We thought it was the fuse and we changed it out and it started right up for a few days and now I am back to the same thing.
