Default low end bog

i have a 1999 zx6r, has 9,000 miles on it. 4 months ago, i noticed less power on low end 0 - 4000 rpm bogs down, seems to be ok after that. 2 - 3 weeks later bike was getting worse, and also was hard to start (due to the fact that i know now, the left side piston fills up with gas, causing vacuum lock??). I replaced battery, that didn't fix any problems, and the following week the bike quit running. I took it to a friends mechanic and he rebiult the carbs, and replaced the needles. anyway long story short bike is not fixed, seen 2 mechanics now and can't figure it out????

any ideas

thanx matt

Replaced the float needles? Are you still getting gas to bypass the carbs? Was the carbs synchronized after the rebuild?
