Looking for where to install KVCS software of Kawasaki Smart VCI

Hello everyone.
Currently I bumped into a really troublesome problem.

I bought a Kawasaki Smart Vci from the buyer who sells second-hand tool on Ebay.

At the first starting of my using, it worked normally. unfortunately there was an accident happened. My anti-virus software in my computer automatically deleted the exe file and most of file of kvcs software.

The kawasaki kvcs software died. I tried to use the USB Recovery Tool, but it's still not work.

I would like to write an e-mail to Denso to ask whether they can provide me kvcs software. But from the description of Denso contact us page which has said [DENSO does not sell OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) parts direct to consumers.Also, we cannot release any information regarding product specifications, quality assurance and after-sales service of OEM parts.] <---Contact Us | DENSO Global Website

I had also asked the local Kawasaki dealer service department before. They applied that they don't have the software. they mentioned that I would need to replace the cd that comes with the kit, and for that I need to talk to the dealer (company that sells them).

Then I kinda found the original dealer which sells the diagnostic tool. It's Diagnostics Systems Associates, Inc.
however,they told me that they only sell the kits.

It seems that it's almost impossible to get the kvcs software. if someone here know where can download or acquire the software sources, please provide me the sources or any information about it.

In addition, if there is a seller who can sell me the kvcs software, please contact me thank you.
