You are looking at the wrong part. Look in the files I have linked in my signature below. It is some of DPippin's work that I copied and actually it is linked directly to his page in the title. The jet is easily accessed and should be hand drilled with a pin vise to avoid damage. If you aren't sure exactly what you are doing you should not do it.
This is a pin vise drill and can be bought at hobby shop stores and Amazon.
You put in the drill hold the tool with your middle finger and thumb with your index finger on the top swivel, twist with your finger and thumb to drill. Put some grease on the drill so as to hold the small chips when it cuts. Be gentle very little force is needed. This is a delicate job.
To add to ^ above,
Yes....it is a delicate job. You'll be making the orifice just a tiny bit larger and will only need to drill through, IIRC, about 1 to 2 mm of material. I picked up my bit and pin vice from a local hobby store. The cheap 10 bits for 10 bucks from amazon and ebay have been notorious for being of poor quality and questionable diameters.
Yeah, I only copied his work because we need to start sharing so if someone lets their web service expire the information is somewhere else. Planet KLX went down and everything was lost.

Those are incredible instructions and info. Thank you both!
