Default klx250 exhaust flames

So i have kawasaki klx 250 1998. Recently i have changed the original exhaust whit new one ( leo vince ) since then there are flames and inside detonations in the exhaust. Mechanic told me that i have to increase the air flow from the carburetor but to increase it i have to remove the carburetor or turn it sideways but i can't turn it sideways because there is a house from witch the Antifreeze enters in the carburetor. That means that only to change the air flow i have to drain the antifreeze from the engine remove the house loosen the other things and then to turn the carburetor and insert the skrewdriver, and after that assambly all of it and test.... Is there a special tool or more easy way to make this adgusmen. Is this a big problem to the engine and should i ride it this way?

Ps Sorry for my language but the english is not my native language.

Turn it sideways? Or do you mean in order to remove the carb to rejet it you have to twist the carb sideways to get it out?

You will need to rejet and tune the low speed and high speed circuits now that you have opened up the backpressure with the new exhaust. Hit up the KLX section for more fine tuning knowledge. Good luck and enjoy the ride.

Ok i will search more info in the klx section . But my main quastion was if there was a way to tune the air flow without removing the carburetor.
I will try to upload some pictures later to see what i am talking about.

Pull the airbox lid and see if that helps. Mine's been on the shelf for 4 years.

Removing the airbox lid just can't do the job . So here is the picture http://img716.imageshack.us/img716/848/asdbns.jpg that i promised. I think that it would be easy if i remove the starter from the other side of the engine: http://img441.imageshack.us/img441/6039/dsc03463s.jpg and then try to toon the carburetor. This way i wont need to remove the carburetor and drain the antifreeze ( witch i think would be harder than removing the starter) .

Default FLamethrower

You have the Flamethrower option, which is not common. Either that, or your muffler bearings are low on lubricant.
