KLX D (32PS) to KLX E(25 ps)

KLX D (32PS) to KLX E(25 ps)
According to kawasaki service repaire manual the KLX 250D (32PS) and KLX 250E(25 ps), have these differences:
1. KLX D has cvk32 and klx E has CVK34 carb.
2. KLX D has simpler wirings and much more earlier advance ignition (about 10deggrees earlier than the klx E, at 4000 rpm))
3. I think klx D has thicker exhaust?
4. KlxE has electrical engine starter and klxD has not.
I am the unlucky ownwer of the klx 250E. And i m wondering if enyone has done the obvius: Installing klx 250D(32PS) wirings at the crapy klx250E (25PS)
