RE: kawa gpz 750 -82
Sometimes the clutch can be noisy on certain bikes, but most likely being the age and model that it is, the cam chain tensioner is probably shot. (I can almost guarantee it.) When the cam chain tensioner goes bad your bike will sound really crappy and clunky around idle. When you speed up the engine however, it stops. It's because your cam chain has way too much slack, allowing it to slap around inside the engine and make that noise you hear. You could buy another OEM replacement, but the originals are well known for their failure rates. Instead, do what I did and buy an APE brand manual tensioner. There is absolutely NO way this type can ever fail.

I'd be looking at the clutch first, easier and cheaper to fix and IMO a more likely source of the rattle given the description
the time I had a camchain problem it rattled at idle, went awayunder loadbut came back while under low load and going back to idle it was really bad.
ORIGINAL:bjd123it disapears if i give some trottle or as soon as i put it in gear and release the clutch?
